May 21, 2003 Planning Board Minutes Oswego Town Hall

The informational meeting of the Planning Board was held May 21, 2003 at the Oswego Town Hall. Francis Dellamano, member, called the meeting to order at approximately 7:13pm. Those in attendance were: Member Member Member Member Legal Advisor Kenneth Kern Lee Phillips Dominic Pike Judy Sabin-Watson Steve Greene, Jr. Old Business – none Public Comment 1. Ellen Hemmerlein from Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC – Re: combining of 2 properties located on St Rt 104 after purchase of small portion behind existing property. John Pritchard suggests that when small property is purchased make new deed with the combined parcels. 2. Thomas Malinowski, VIP Structures, & Sam Zappala, Oswego Growers, - to introduce project to the board Francis Dellamano asked that the plans be more detailed with regards to the water/sewer plan. Adjournment A motion was made at approximately 7:53pm to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.
