Old Business – Great Lakes Recycling 2009-2
Jeff explained the original Resolution was contingent on approval of the 239 application by Oswego County.
Francis Dellamano would like a letter sent to the Chairman of Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning (Morris Sorbello) with a copy to Daniel Chalifaux, County Legislator District 19, regarding the letter denying the 239 Application for Great Lakes Recycling from Oswego County.
Jeff will draft a letter, send it to the Committee, before sending to the County.
With regard to the letter received from the Metropolitan Water Board objecting to the increased traffic, on their road, because of Great Lakes, Steve Greene stated that this is a private road and the Town has no jurisdiction over it. If the problem continues, they (Metropolitan Water Bd.) will have to close their access gates.

2nd – Francis Dellamano. Carried. No Nays.
New Business – None Open Board Discussion
A member of the audience said the residents of Ontario Heights received a letter from Mayor Randy Bateman stating the City would no longer take sewage from this District.
Steve Greene – not a Planning Board issue, needs to go to the Oswego Town Board.
Judy Watson – have we received anything about the signage at Hannah’s Restaurant?
Jeff – sign is on the State Right of Way, will need to get feedback from the State, have not heard anything yet from Wayne.

Jeff – will contact the Town if anyone is interested, would satisfy the 4 hour training.
