NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of Appeals, of the Town of Oswego, New York, for a Special Permit for a new business in an R-4 District for the purpose of establishing a used car sales and office business located at 766-768 County Route 20, Town of Oswego, pursuant to Article V, Section B, 4 of the Land Use Control And District Regulations Ordinance of the Town of Oswego, for property described within. This property is bordered to the East by Brian Bush; to the West by Daniel Delaney; Brad Acome; Patricia Fellows; to the South by Richard Dasans; Patrick Fragale; and to the North by John Lagoe; Ronald Hawe .
