Board meeting called to order by Barry Pritchard at 7:06PM Present – Steve Greene, Jr., Francis Dellamano, Lee Phillips, Richard Tesoriero, Barry Pritchard Absent – Jeff Boyer, Judy Watson Motion to accept minutes of the February 16, 2009 PBA meeting by Francis Dellamano 2nd – Richard Tesoriero. Carried. Old Business Yuan He application – 2009-1 Jason Shi addressed the garbage issue raised by Oswego County. Presented pictures showing where he will be putting garbage containers behind building near Rudy’s receptacles. He has placed 7-8 tables outside for dining. Pertaining to the parking issue, there are approximated 6 spaces in front of the building. Parking area adjacent to the building is 85 feet, enough for 9-16 spaces. Traffic will be able to pull in, turn around, drive out. Seven inside tables. Parking spaces covered by number of spaces to tables. Motion, by Francis Dellamano– the PBA reviewed materials presented pertaining to the County issues showing ingress and egress, refuse containment subject to County Health approval. 2nd- Richard Tesoriero. Carried. Public Hearing – Sherif Kassem 2008-6 Used Car Sales, 766-768 County Route 20 Opened by Barry Pritchard at 7:16PM Original petition voided because procedure was not followed. Business hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Body Shop, Used Car Sales, Office. Petitioner has nothing to do with body shop. Francis Dellamano stated sign noted on Site Map. Public Comment Brad Acome (neighbor) – stated he has not seen any Site Plan. Now property will be used as a use car operation and repair shop, devaluing his property. Concerned about property value and damage done to their property. Told that the original business is in back of property and that they bought their property after the original business was there. Francis Dellamano told Acome’s the property is an R-4 District which allows a business. Bob Fragale explained the site plan to the Acome’s. Will take care of the fence that fell down. Petitioner has to abide by the Town laws and his requirements. Motion by Francis Dellamano to approve plan as presented because it is in an R-4 District. 2nd – Richard Tesoriero. Carried. Back to Board Meeting. Public Comment – none Open Board Discussion Judy Watson absent so no comments on proposed Zoning issues.
