called to order by Chairman Jeff Boyer at 7:00PM Members present: Francis Dellamano, Richard Tesoriero, Judy Watson, Barry Pritchard, Lee Phillips, Jeff Boyer and Steve Greene, Jr. No absences. Motion by Lee Phillips to approve the “Amended” minutes of the October 19, 2009 meeting. 2nd – Barry Pritchard. Carried Francis Dellamano – the October 19, 2009 minutes should reflect how many residents were contacted pertaining to the Bertsch project and their opinions. Change attached. Old Business Perry Bertsch – 2009-4 Wind Turbine SEQR submitted – Lead Agency Part II completed by Planning Board and attached. Copies will be submitted to Conor Kays (Project Manager), Wayne Newton (CEO), Planning Board, Theresa Cooper (Town Clerk), file. Jeff Boyer – Town Law requires Board to go over line items on what is needed for project to be compliant. Francis Dellamano – it was agreed that the project will be moved back; contingent on getting a new Site Plan. Motion by Barry Pritchard to accept the Site Plan as presented contingent upon new site plan that shows the set back. 2nd – Lee Phillips. Carried Jeff Boyer – yes Francis Dellamano – yes Lee Phillips – yes Barry Pritchard – yes Richard Tesoriero – yes Judy Watson – yes Conor Kays – should bond be in Perry Bertsch’s name? Steve Greene – yes, with Town as beneficiary. New Business – none Public Comment – none Open Board Discussion Need to find out the effective date of the new zoning laws. Minutes (11/16/09) Francis Dellamano – zoning laws should be in booklet form. Should get new map as soon as possible. Copies will be mailed before next meeting. Training resource will be copied for next meeting. Motion by Lee Phillips to adjourn (7:40PM) 2nd – Richard Tesoriero.
