to order by Chairman Jeff Boyer at 7:00PM Present: Steve Greene, Jr., Judy Watson, Francis Dellamano, Richard Tesoriero, Lee Phillips, Barry Pritchard, Jeff Boyer. Absent – none Agenda read by Jeff Boyer Minutes of August 17, 2009 Discussion – Barry Pritchard stated that “Hannah’s Hots” is “Hannah’s.” Noted and changed. Motion to accept minutes – Lee Phillips 2nd – Richard Tesoriero. Carried Old Business – none New Business – Timothy LeRoy Area Use Variance settled at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on 9/17/09. Barry Pritchard stated the Planning Board need to know what the variance was for. Variance ended up being a 34’ set back. Public Comment – none Open Board Discussion – Jeff spoke of a four (4) hour training session being offered by Oswego County on October 5, 2009 in Hastings. If you are unable to attend a waiver may be needed. Noreen will send out a reminder of the training. Jeff stated that he had no information on the pending lawsuit. Steve Greene, Jr. stated that the suit was dismissed in favor of the Town. Decision may be appealed. Motion to adjourn at 7:08PM– Richard Tesoriero 2nd – Lee Phillips.
