called to order by Barry Pritchard, filling in for Chr. Jeff Boyer Present – Barry Pritchard, Francis Dellamano, Dr. Richard Tesoriero, Jeff Boyer (by phone), Steve Greene, Jr. Absent – Lee Phillips, Judy Watson Motion to accept Meeting Minutes of May 17, 2010 by Richard Tesoriero 2nd – Barry Pritchard. Carried Old Business – none New Business – Public Hearing Michael Porter 2010-2 Mr. Porter stated he is in the process of converting the old Little White Restaurant into 4 apartments. Wayne Newton (CEO) stopped to talk to him regarding what he was doing and told him he needed a permit because of change of use. Originally, there was 1 apartment upstairs. Going from Business use to Residential use. Jeff Boyer questioned whether he would have signage. Mr. Porter stated there was no plan for sign. Looking to sell the existing sign. Motion to approve the presented Site Plan as presented with recommendations from Oswego County Planning by Francis Dellamano. 2nd – Richard Tesoriero. Carried Vote: Jeff Boyer – yes Francis Dellamano – yes Barry Pritchard – yes Richard Tesoriero – yes Open Board Discussion – none Motion to adjourn meeting 7:20 by Richard Tesoriero 2nd – Barry Pritchard.
