Planning Board meeting called to order by Chairwoman, Judy Watson.

Motion made by Lee Phillips to accept the minutes of October 18, 2010 as written.
2nd – Barry Pritchard. Carried.

Old Business

Board members who attended the training seminar received certificates. Secretary will check with Town Clerk to see if she holds the certificates.

Chairwoman Watson stated she had received some correspondence from the Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell and Wallen Law firm concerning a dispute regarding the Robert Weber property, 2138 County Route 7. This letter was directed to Wayne Newton, Town, CEO.

Greg Herrmann stated he didn’t know where the solution to the problem was with the Town.

New Business – none

Discussion

Attorney Steve Greene, Jr. stated he has received correspondence regarding United Group. Applicant (United Group) may re-apply to the Town to discourage a Court matter. Re-applying would make the project air-tight. Process should be faster this time. Many issues involved, ie, SEQR, public hearings, etc.
