Call to Order: by Chairman B. Pritchard at 7:05pm.

Present - Richard Tesoriero, Judy Sabin-Watson, Barry Pritchard, Francis Dellamano, Atty. Steve Greene, Jr., Lee Phillips
Absent - Michael Hagenmayer

Approval of August 16, 2010 Minutes:
B. Pritchard noted page 3 motion to nominate him as new chairman should be changed to “Motion to nominate…” J. Sabin-Watson noted page 1 change from “shower” to “showing” in sentence beginning with “Judy questioned…” Also, B. Pritchard noted motion to approve him as Chairman previous month needs to be changed. Will be addressed under Old Business. Motion by J. Sabin-Watson to accept minutes as corrected; seconded by R. Tesoriero. Carried.

Old Business:
B. Pritchard asked how everything went with windmill application last month? F. Dellamano commented that Farm had enough land so there was no problem. R. Tesoriero said it is self-standing with no guide wires.

New Business: None

Public Comment: None

Open Board Discussion:

B. Pritchard asked if anyone on Board is interested in becoming Chairman? After roundtable discussion, J. Sabin-Watson agreed to do it until the first of the year. Motion made by R. Tesoriero; seconded by F. Dellamano. Carried.

Discussion of John Oxford/Earl Engle issue. J. Oxford says he has approval from Army Corp of Engineers to regrade ditch on his property up to normal high flow mark. Muck is in wetland; ditch drains muck. Need approval (permit) from DEC first? Copies of map made for Planning Board. J. Sabin-Watson suggested Oxford bring letter to next meeting. In meantime, get more information.

Reminder: Training on October 4th.
