A
special meeting of the Town of Oswego Board was held at the
Oswego Town Hall. Supervisor Tyrie called the meeting to order
at 6:00 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution
99-180 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board obtain
a BAN for $190,000.00 for Sleepy Hollow Sewer District with
interest not to exceed 4.46%. Moved by Councilor Tierney and
seconded by Councilor Mullen. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 99-181 Be it resolved the Oswego
Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to pay $7,000.00 as required
by the section of the settlement in Carson VS Town of Oswego.
Moved by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Tierney.
All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 99-182 Be it resolved that the Oswego
Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to prepare an appropriate
commendation honoring Mr. Andrew Hogan on his 100th birthday
on Sunday, December 5th at 1:00 PM at the Southwest Community
Center. Moved by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor
Tierney. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 99-183 Motion by Supervisor Tyrie
and seconded by Councilor Mullen to move into executive session
at 6:05 PM to discuss a legal matter. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 99-184 Motion by Councilor Mullen
and seconded by Councilor Tierney to resume the special meeting
at 6:10 PM. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 99-185 Motion by Councilor Tierney
and seconded by Councilor Mullen to adjourn the special meeting
at 6:11 PM. All ayes motion carried.
