Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes Marsha Echelbarger to attend the Planning Board Course offered by SUNY/ESF. Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the use of the Building Permit Application (Attachment A) and the Application to the Oswego Town Planning Board (Attachment B). Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes the attendance of the Highway Superintendent at the 21st Conference of Highway Superintendents from September 19th through September 22nd. Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign an amended contract with the Fruit Valley Animal Clinic. Be it further resolved that such amendments are limited to the following: Adjustment of costs for boarding of large dogs from $7.00 to $8.00, for medium-sized dogs from $6.00 to $7.00, and for small dogs from $5.00 to $7.00. Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Dog Control Officer to attend the "Investigating Animal Cruelty Workshop", sponsored by the NYS Humane Society, on September 16, 2000.
