7. New Business
a. Resolution #______ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board continues its practice of waiving the $1.00 late mailing fee. Moved by Supervisor Tyrie. Seconded by __________________.
b. Resolution #______ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board amends the Proposed Town Comprehensive Plan to delete reference to the name "Nunzi's". Moved by _____________. Seconded by _________________.
c. Resolution #______ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes Town Supervisor elect, Victoria Mullen, and Council Member elect, Tim Discacia, to attend the 2002 Training School for newly elected officials to be held on January 7,8,9 in Albany, New York. Be it further resolved that all associated cost shall be considered legitimate Town charges. Attendance at this training school is permitted by section 77b of the General Municipal Law, Subdivision 3. This section permits the Town Board to authorize attendance by "any of its members or any officer or employee or other person who has been elected pursuant to law to a public office of a municipality for which the term of office has not commenced".
