The yearend meeting of the Oswego Town Board was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Pratt at 6:05 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 2003- 138 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on abstract 13. Moved by Councilor DeSacia, seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.
