Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board opens a public hearing to hear all interested parties for or against Proposed Local Law 2004-1 that would update the 1984 Ordinance of the Town of Oswego, NY for administration and enforcement of the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention & Building Code.

c. Resolution #2004-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board appoints Greg Mills to serve as Zoning Board Chairman, and thanks Mr. Mills for his willingness to serve the town of Oswego, The term will expire December 31, 2004.

d. Resolution #2004-_____ Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board acknowledges the Highway Superintendent’s attendance at Highway School in Ithaca, New York, June 7th-9th.

e. Resolution #2004-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board
changes the hourly rate of pay for the Cemetery Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent. Decrease Superintendent’s hourly wage $.50 an hour and increases Assistant Superintendent $.50 per hour. This change is for 2004 only.
