A special
meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 22, 2004 at the Oswego
Town Hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge
of Allegiance. Roll call was taken with the following members present.
From SWF909 (fund balance-unreserved) to SWF8340.4 (transmission/distribution contractual) in the amount of $2831.40 Moved by Councilor Herrmann, seconded by Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried. Resolution 2004-118 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes the issuance of bond anticipation notes of the Town of Oswego, NY, in the amount of $140,000.00 for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing, with all materials, accessories and equipment, a 15,000 gallon per day intermittent sand filter for sewage disposal facilities for the Sleepy Hollow Sewer District. The interest rate not to exceed 3.24% per annum. Moved by Councilor DeSacia, seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried. Resolution 2004-119 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves a $2.00 second notice fee for the 2005 tax bills. Moved by Councilor Herrmann, seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried. Motion to adjourn the special meeting at 7:05 PM by Councilor DeSacia, seconded by Councilor Herrmann. All ayes motion carried. Respectfully submitted, Theresa A.
