A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held May 19, 2006 at 4:00 PM at town hall. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Councilor

Victoria Mullen
Tim DeSacia
Carol Pritchard
Councilor’s Herrmann & Mahaney excused
Resolution 2006-63 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal for the BAN on the Oswego Town Hall, dated May 23, 2006 to May 23, 2007 at an interest rate of 3.95%, in the amount of $782,880.00.
Moved by Councilor Pritchard, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Pritchard to close the special meeting at 4:05 PM.
