A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on October 16, 2006 at the Oswego Town Hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 4:30 PM and roll call was taken with the following members present:

Supervisor’s Report: This meeting was called to do some administrative housekeeping for previous approved resolutions and to set the public hearing for the 2007 budget.

Resolution 2006-110 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications:

From A599 (appropriated fund balance) to A9950.9 (transfer to capital projects) for $61,393.00 (paving town hall);
From DA 599 (appropriated fund balance) to DA9950.9 (transfer to capital projects) for $32,361.00 (skid steer);
From A9730.6 (Ban Principal) to A9730.7 (Ban Interest) for $16,284.96 (BAN);
From A1220.11 (Supervisors Assistant) to A1220.4 (Supervisor Contractual) for $1000.00;
From A1990.4 (Contingent Acct.) to A1910.4 (Unallocated Ins.) for $22.00;
From DA5142.1 (Snow Removal –personal service) to DA5110.1 (general repair- personal service) for $11,664.00;
From DA 599 (appropriated fund balance) for $70,641.00, From DA 5031 (estimated revenue) $83,136.00 to DA 9950.9 (inter fund transfer) for $153,777.00;
From A599 (appropriated fund balance) to A9901.9 (inter fund transfer) for $83,136.00.
Moved by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2006-111 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board holds a public hearing on November 6, 2006 at 7:05 PM to hear all interested parties for or against the preliminary 2007 town budget.
Moved by Councilor Pritchard, second Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Pritchard to close the meeting at 4:45 PM. All ayes motion carried.
