A town board workshop was held on June 4, 1007 at town hall, Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 6:30 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present;

Resolution 2007-66 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to renew the BAN on the Oswego Town Highway Garage for one year, June 8, 2007 to June 8, 2008 for $413,404.96 with an interest rate of 4%.
Moved by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Herrmann. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-67 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modification from A599 (inappropriate fund balance) to A9730.6 (BAN principal) for $20,000.00.
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-68 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor and Councilor Herrmann to negotiate a Municipal Service Agreement with the United Group Development Corporation.
Moved by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Pritchard. All ayes motion carried.

Discussion was held regarding the agenda and items were added.

Motion by Councilor Pritchard, second Councilor Mahaney to close the workshop at 7:30 PM.
