A special
meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 19, 2008 at town hall.
Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 4:30 PM; roll call was taken with
the following members present:
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor DeSacia all ayes motion carried. Resolution 2008-98 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal BAN for Sleepy Hollow Sewer District, dated November 21, 2008 to November 20, 2009 with an interest rate of 3.19% in the amount of $100,000.00. Moved by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried. Resolution 2008-99 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications for the first payment of the snowplow lease; from DA5130.2 (machinery) for $20,000.00 and DA599(un-appropriated fund balance)for $22,020.00 to DA9785.6 (installment purchase principle) for $33,357.00 and DA9785.7 (installment purchase interest) for $8663.00. Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor DeSacia all ayes motion carried. Resolution 2008-100 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the Historical Society’s use of the town hall building for a dinner meeting on December 12, 2008. Moved by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor DeSacia all ayes motion carried. Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second by Councilor DeSacia to close the meeting at 4:35 PM.
