Town Board Minutes Special Meeting

Town Board Members: Tim DeSacia, Greg Herrmann,
Margaret Mahaney, Daniel Shaver
Attorney to the Board: Stephen C. Greene, Sr.
A meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held at town hall on November 18, 2009 at 4:30 PM. Deputy Supervisor DeSacia called the meeting to order and roll call was taken with the following members present.

Supervisor Mullen and Councilor Herrmann were excused.
Resolution 2009- 106 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal BAN for the Sleepy Hollow Sewer District, dated November 20, 2009 to November 19, 2010 with an interest rate of 2.74% in the amount of $90,000.00.
Moved by Deputy Supervisor DeSacia, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2009- 107 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board accepts the highest bid for the Cub Cadet mower.
Moved by Deputy Supervisor DeSacia, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2009- 108 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the Oswego Town Historical Society’s use of the town hall building for a dinner meeting on December 4, 2009.
Moved by Deputy Supervisor DeSacia, second Councilor Shaver all ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Shaver to close the special meeting at 4:35 PM all ayes motion carried.
