A workshop meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held October 25, 2010 at town hall.
Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present.

Town Historian George DeMass gave an update on the Dr. Walker statue and the open house at Sharon BuMann’s on November 14, 2010 from 1-4 PM. Everyone is invited, the full size statue will be on display.
Town Resident Earl Engle asked about his complaint and where it stood. He explained some flooding that occurs because of some drainage pipes on the Sabin Rd.

Resolution 2010-91 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board made no changes to the tentative budget which now becomes the 2011 preliminary budget.
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2010-92 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board sets the public hearing for the 2011 budget for November 8, 2010 at 7:05 PM.
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried.

The town board went out to see the location of the statue out front of town hall.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second by Councilor Shaver to close the workshop at 7:55 PM.
