The meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on December 12, 2011 at town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence was held for George DeSacia, father of Tim DeSacia who recently passed away. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Public Comment: A question was asked about the state retirement for employees.
Resolution 2011-101 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the minutes from the November 14, 2011 town board meeting.
Resolution 2011-102 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on abstract 12 as follows:
Moved by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Herrmann all ayes motion carried.
Resolution 2011-103 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to make the necessary year-end budget modifications to close the 2011 accounts and send the report to the State Comptroller.
Resolution 2011-104 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board establishes the Oswego Town Tax Collector's change drawer in the amount of $250.00.
Resolution 2011-105 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the $2.00 fee for second tax notices.
Resolution 2011-106 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board will hold the final town board meeting of the year on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 4:30 PM.
Resolution 2011-107 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board will hold the 2012 organizational meeting on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 7:00 PM.
Resolution 2011-108 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board re-appoints Ted Sivers to the Board of Appeals and thanks him for his service to the Town of Oswego, appointment to run through September 2017.
Resolution 2011-109 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal of the Ambulance Agreement with the City of Oswego for 2012, Rate to remain the same as 2011.
Resolution 2011-110 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board moves into executive session at 7:10 PM for the purpose of contract negotiations for the Teamsters Labor Agreement.
Resolution 2011-111 Motion by Councilor DeSacia, second by Councilor Shaver to return to the regular meeting at 7:22 PM.
Motion by Councilor Shaver, second Councilor Mahaney to close the meeting at 7:23 PM, all ayes motion carried.
