The meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on August 13, 2012 at town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Resolution 2012- 60 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the minutes from the July 9, 2012 town board meeting.
Resolution 2012-61 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modification: from A1990.4 (contingency account) to A1910.4 (unallocated insurance) for $150.00.
Resolution 2012-62 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on abstract #8 as follows.
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor DeSacia all ayes motion carried.
Resolution 2012- 63 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board authorizes a refund of $25.60 to Jim Enwright for building permit fee overpayment.
Resolution 2012- 64 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board accepts the audit of the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk records as prepared by Councilor Mahaney and thanks her for her work.
Resolution 2012- 65 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board sets a public hearing for September 10, 2012 at 7:05 PM for all interested parties for or against the Proposed Local Law 1-2012 Rental Permit Law, available in the town clerk's office.
Resolution 2012- 66 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board updates the building permit fee schedule as follows; adding $50.00 permit fee for residential or commercial solar panel installation/inspection.
Resolution 2012- 67 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board amends Resolution 2012- 48, establishing the standard work days for elected and appointed officials as defined in
Attachment A, and posts the Affidavit of Posting on the official Oswego Town website for 30 days.
Resolution 2012- 68 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to take appropriate steps to request a NYS Department of Transportation review of the speed limit on Gardenier Road and consider a speed limit of 40 mph as petitioned by the residents of Gardenier Rd.
Resolution 2012- 69 Motion by Supervisor Mullen, second by Councilor Mahaney to add an item to the agenda. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 2012-70 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board accepts the audit of the Town Court records as prepared by Councilor Tesoriero and thanks him for his work.
Motion by Councilor Tesoriero and second by Councilor Mahaney to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 PM all ayes motion carried.
