The meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 13, 2012 at town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for Neil Knopp who passed away this past week. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 2012- 93 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the minutes from the October 9, and November 7, 2012 town board meetings.
Resolution 2012- 94 Be it Resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications: from A1990.4 (contingency) to A1320.4 (auditor-contractual) for $650.00; from A1990.4 (contingency) to A3620.4 (safety Inspection contractual) for $4.74.
Resolution 2012- 95 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on abstract 11 as follows:
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor Mahaney all ayes motion carried.
Resolution 2012- 96 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the disposal of (1) Sharp SF-3230 copier (asset inventory #100282) obsolete inventory, and (1) Gateway keyboard (asset inventory #100027) non-working inventory.
Resolution 2012- 97 Be it Resolved that the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to send a letter to the Oswego County Legislature expressing the Town's dissatisfaction with the suggestion of five legislators for the Town of Oswego.
Resolution 2012- 98 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal BAN for Sleepy Hollow Sewer District dated November 16, 2012 to November 18, 2013 in the amount of $60,000.00 with an interest rate not to exceed 2.9%.
Resolution 2012- 99 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the $2.00 second notice fee for tax collection.
Resolution 2012- 100 Be it Resolved the Oswego Board adds an item to the adgenda.
Resolution 2012- 101 Be it Resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the Ambulance Service Agreement between Oswego Co. Ambulance Service, Inc. (Mentor ) with no retainer fee, pending approval of the town attorney.
Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor DeSacia to close the meeting at 7:15 PM all ayes motion carried.
