A meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held at town hall on October 21, 2014. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 6PM with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Resolution 2014-86 Public Hearing/Budget
On motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Herrmann the following resolution was adopted 4 Ayes, Herrmann, Mahaney, Mullen, Tesoriero, 0 Nays.
Resolved the Oswego Town Board opened the public hearing on the 2015 budget at 6:07 PM.

Public Comment:
The following residents had comments and concern regarding the Preliminary 2015 Budget.
Legislator Malone and Schadt, town residents, Lorraine Pratt, Joe DeSantis, Margie Malone, Nick Piazza, and Bob Natoli.

Resolution 2014-87 Public Hearing/Closed
On motion by Councilor Tesoriero, second Councilor Herrmann the following resolution was adopted 4 Ayes, Herrmann, Mahaney, Mullen, Tesoriero, 0 Nays.
Resolved the Oswego Town Board closes the public hearing on the 2015 Preliminary
Budget at 6:40 PM.

Resolution 2014-88 Sleepy Hollow BAN
On motion by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor Mahaney the following resolution was adopted 4 Ayes, Herrmann, Mahaney, Mullen, Tesoriero, 0 Nays.
Resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the Sleepy Hollow BAN with Pathfinder Bank at a rate of 2% for one year.

Resolution 2014-89 Bank Designation
On motion by Councilor Tesoriero, second Councilor Mahaney the following resolution was adopted 4 Ayes, Herrmann, Mahaney, Mullen, Tesoriero, 0 Nays.
Resolved the Oswego Town Board designates Community Bank, N.A. as the Town's second depository for 2014, and furthermore, directs the Supervisor to begin the process of transferring all monies from the current town depository JP Morgan Chase, in anticipation of designating Community Bank, N.A. as the Town's official depository for 2015.

On motion by Councilor Tesoriero, second Councilor Mahaney the meeting was closed at 6:41 PM, all ayes motion carried.
