Meeting called to order by Vice-Chairman R. Baker at 7:00pm.

Excused: Attorney K. Caraccioli
Others: Patty McCaffrey, Robert McCaffrey, Michael Asmolik, Michael Asmolik Jr.

Acceptance of Agenda: Approved.

Approval of August 18, 2014 Combined Planning Board/ZBA Minutes: D. Jaskula made motion to accept minutes; T. Anderson seconded. All ayes. Carried.

New Business:

7:05pm Public Hearing, Appeal #2014-02 Robert McCaffrey, 60 Jackim Road, Area Variance for addition to garage:
R. McCaffrey explained drawings. Board asked if neighbors notified? Not all of the proof of mailings to neighbors has come back. Mailing went out 2 days ago. Atty. S. Greene Jr. suggested adjournment until next meeting. Neighbors have to receive reasonable notice. D. Jaskula made motion to keep Public Hearing open until October 16th meeting; T. Anderson seconded. All ayes. Carried.

Old Business: None.

Open Board Discussion:
Introduced Michael Asmolik (new ZBA member) and Michael Asmolik Jr. (Alternate) who will be approved by Town Board in two weeks.

Discussed notification requirements for applicants. D. Jaskula suggested that copies of all the correspondence/instruction that goes to each applicant be available at next meeting. Also need clarification on signage that is mentioned in Zoning Law requiring notice on applicants' property of upcoming public hearings. T. Anderson made motion to address Article 6, Item C notice provisions at next ZBA meeting in October; R. Dexter seconded. All ayes. Carried.

Adjournment: D. Jaskula made motion to adjourn meeting; T. Anderson seconded. All ayes. Carried.
